Ericca Burke, Owner, LAc Ericca Burke is the founder of HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine in Wilmington, NC. She is a board certified licensed acupuncturist in Wilmington, NC. Ericca studied acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine. Ericca is a certified Ear Seeds practitioner, certified Facial Rejuvenation practitioner, certified Constitutional Facial Acupuncture practitioner, and a certified Acutonics Level I practitioner. Ericca is also a certified practitioner of the Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) procedure, Auricular Therapy, and Auricular Medicine.Ericca holds a variety of teaching and coaching certifications. She is a Duke Integrative Medicine trained and certified Health and Wellness Coach and a national board certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Ericca is a certified Qigong instructor, with a QI 50 Level 1 instructor certification through Qigong Awareness, and a Pangu Shengong Moving Form instruction certification through Pangu Shengong Qigong. Gillian Ferguson, LMBT Gillian is a North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (NC LMBT #15704) and is also board certified by the National Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Gillian has been practicing therapeutic massage and bodywork for over 15 years. Originally from Colorado, she trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Gillian’s practice style focuses on the body from a holistic perspective while also working to maintain structural alignment through the manual manipulation of soft tissue. Gillian uses a combination of therapeutic massage techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, breath work, stretching and sometimes aromatherapy in order meet her clients where they are on any given day and to bring the body into a more neutral resting state. Gillian is also trained in prenatal and postpartum massage and has helped many moms through their pregnancies.

Brooke Graham, Receptionist Brooke is a Front Desk Receptionist at HAVEN Acupuncture &
Chinese medicine. Brooke is originally from Beaufort, NC, and moved to Wilmington in 2022 to pursue a music degree at UNCW. She has held a variety of receptionist and pharmacy technician positions, honing her customer service skills for the past 5 years. Brooke also loves to participate in the Wilmington theatre scene, taking the opportunity to perform whenever she can.

Lauren Matthews, Receptionist Lauren is a Front Desk Receptionist at HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese medicine. Lauren is originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, and has lived in Wilmington for 12 years. Lauren graduated from NC State University with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. Lauren has held various customer service roles for the past eight years, including executive assistant, hotel receptionist, wedding planning assistant, and professional organizer. When Lauren is not working, you can find her in the ocean or enjoying outdoor activities.
