Ericca Burke, Owner
Ericca Burke is the founder of HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine in Wilmington, NC. She is a board certified licensed acupuncturist in Wilmington, NC. Ericca studied acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine. Ericca is a certified Ear Seeds practitioner, certified Facial Rejuvenation practitioner, certified Constitutional Facial Acupuncture practitioner, and a certified Acutonics Level I practitioner. Ericca is also a certified practitioner of the Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) procedure, Auricular Therapy, and Auricular Medicine.Ericca holds a variety of teaching and coaching certifications. She is a Duke Integrative Medicine trained and certified Health and Wellness Coach and a national board certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Ericca is a certified Qigong instructor, with a QI 50 Level 1 instructor certification through Qigong Awareness, and a Pangu Shengong Moving Form instruction certification through Pangu Shengong Qigong. Amanda Brown, LAc
Amanda is a board certified licensed acupuncturist. Amanda studied acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado and earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MOSM). Amanda was awarded her Diplomate in Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) demonstrating competency in foundations of Oriental medicine, Chinese herbology, acupuncture, point location and biomedicine. Amanda also has an associate’s degree in biotechnology. Amanda has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine for over 14 years, and she also has seven years of experience writing continuing education classes to educate acupuncturists.

Gillian Ferguson, LMBT
Gillian is a North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (NC LMBT #15704) and is also board certified by the National Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Gillian has been practicing therapeutic massage and bodywork for over 15 years. Originally from Colorado, she trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Gillian’s practice style focuses on the body from a holistic perspective while also working to maintain structural alignment through the manual manipulation of soft tissue. Gillian uses a combination of therapeutic massage techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, breath work, stretching and sometimes aromatherapy in order meet her clients where they are on any given day and to bring the body into a more neutral resting state. Gillian is also trained in prenatal and postpartum massage and has helped many moms through their pregnancies.

Rosie Custer, Receptionist
Rosie is a Front Desk Receptionist at HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese medicine. Rosie is originally from Utah and has lived in Wilmington for the past two years. She has 12 years of experience in customer service roles. Before joining HAVEN, Rosie was an executive assistant for two and a half years. Rosie is very passionate about health and wellness and has held receptionist roles in a chiropractic office as well as a holistic wellness center spa. She has aspirations to begin her certification as a functional nutritional therapist in 2025.
Rosie is a Front Desk Receptionist at HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese medicine. Rosie is originally from Utah and has lived in Wilmington for the past two years. Mackenzie Richey, Receptionist
Kenzie is a Front Desk Receptionist at HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese medicine. Kenzie is from Winston-Salem, NC, and has over 15 years of customer service experience. When she’s not at HAVEN, you can find Kenzie hard at work in her garden. Kenzie has a natural green thumb and has been known to bring many a dead plant from the clearance section back to life. Kenzie also has been in the wedding floral industry for the past 6 years, where she thoroughly enjoys designing and making couple’s floral dreams come true.
Kenzie is a Front Desk Receptionist at HAVEN Acupuncture & Chinese medicine. Kenzie is from Winston-Salem, NC, and has over 15 years of customer service experience.
